Virus Removal

 Fees for typical virus removal, including recommended security and Windows updates range
$125-165 and up, based on actual time spent working on your system.  It can be a drawn-out process to save your data, and we take extra care to ensure your data is as safe as possible.

 If you have a virus or other problem, and completely erasing your hard drive to reload the system is fine, we recommend that course.  Typical fee for a format and reinstall is $125.  Be sure, though, that your vital data is backed up on floppy or CD since all data on the computer will be erased during a format.

We can do a data backup for you.  Charges for copying your data to a safe location during the format and reinstall start at $55.
